We deliver comprehensive as-built documentation captured directly from 3D laser scan data, not estimation, giving you full traceability from field measurement to final drawing. On every as-built documentation project, you’ll work directly with Michael Kiernan, GeoMaus’s founder, from first call to delivered handover package. Scope and Standard
We’ll talk through your building, your handover requirements, and the level of detail your downstream teams need. You’ll have a written scope and a delivery date within 48 hours.

Site Scan
High-density survey-grade laser scanning captures the complete building. Planned around your operations so disruption is minimal.

Drawing and Model Production
As-built drawings are produced directly from the point cloud, every line traced from verified scan data. Building services overlays were added where required. Drawn in-house by our team.

Verification and Handover
Every drawing and model is cross-checked against the point cloud and signed off by our quality control team who are separate from the drafting team to ensure better quality control before it leaves us. Delivered in your preferred format with a signed verification log and a handover call.
